The fleet token, the register of holders, the compliance rules and the distribution calculation.
A rental company can divide part of its fleet into participations and offer them to investors from its own website and app. We build that platform to fit your business, connected to your fleet management and to your identity and payment providers.

Renewing or expanding a rental fleet means buying vehicles every few years. With small participations, the company can finance part of that purchase with many investors and offer it from its own website and app.
The company tokenizes a batch of vehicles. In this illustrative example, a fleet worth €1,200,000 is divided into 1,200 participations of €1,000. When the fleet distributes rental income, each holder is entitled to a share in proportion to their participations, paid in money. Your advisors define in the legal structure which income is distributed, and what happens when a vehicle is renewed.

Operates the platform. It onboards investors, runs KYC, handles collections and payouts, hires the ERIR and meets the legal requirements.
Define the structure of the issuance and the rules the platform must apply.
A registered entity that keeps the register of the securities on the DLT, when the structure requires one.
Does the technical build. Smart contracts, website, app, dashboard and integrations, with their tests and documentation.
The platform is deployed on your company's infrastructure and accounts. The admin keys are held by your company or its custodian, never by Tesselium. We do not hold third-party keys or funds, and we do not operate, hold in custody or market any issuance.
The structure defines it. Your advisors set what happens to the participations when a vehicle leaves the fleet, and the platform applies those rules.
Anyone who passes identity verification and meets the conditions your company sets with its advisors. The platform applies those rules to every operation.
It depends on the structure your legal advisors choose. In Spain, if what is issued are securities represented on a DLT, the register is kept by a registered ERIR, which your company hires. If the structure is different, you may not need one. We adapt the build to what your advisors decide, and we do not give legal advice.
