Tokenize a club's facilities on its own platform

A club can divide a facility, such as a new court or a sports hall, into participations and offer them to investors from its own website and app. We build that platform to fit your club, connected to your systems and to your identity and payment providers.

The starting point

A club that wants to build or renovate its facilities usually depends on special levies, grants or loans. With small participations, it can add a source of funding tied to those facilities.

The model

The club tokenizes a facility. In this illustrative example, facilities worth €3,000,000 are divided into 30,000 participations of €100. When the facilities distribute income, each holder is entitled to a share in proportion to their participations, paid in money. Your advisors define in the legal structure which income is distributed and how.

Who does what

Your company

Operates the platform. It onboards investors, runs KYC, handles collections and payouts, hires the ERIR and meets the legal requirements.

Your legal advisors

Define the structure of the issuance and the rules the platform must apply.

The ERIR

A registered entity that keeps the register of the securities on the DLT, when the structure requires one.

Tesselium

Does the technical build. Smart contracts, website, app, dashboard and integrations, with their tests and documentation.

DEPLOYMENT

Your infrastructure, your keys

The platform is deployed on your company's infrastructure and accounts. The admin keys are held by your company or its custodian, never by Tesselium. We do not hold third-party keys or funds, and we do not operate, hold in custody or market any issuance.

MEMBER VOTES

The club can also use verifiable credentials for member votes. In those votes, members vote, not participation holders.

Questions about this example

Do participations give a vote in the club?

No. Votes in the club depend on being a member, under its articles of association. Participations give the economic rights over the facilities that the structure sets.

Can a non-profit club do this?

It depends on its legal form and its articles of association, and your advisors assess it.

Who can buy participations?

Anyone who passes identity verification and meets the conditions the club sets with its advisors. The platform applies those rules to every operation.
