A hotel group can divide one of its buildings into participations and offer them to investors from its own website and app. We build that platform to fit your business, connected to your systems and to your identity and payment providers.

A hotel that wants to grow or renovate one of its buildings usually turns to banks or to a single investor. With small participations, it can spread that funding across many people and offer it from its own website, under its brand.
The group tokenizes one of its buildings. In this illustrative example, a hotel worth €6,000,000 is divided into 12,000 participations of €500. When the hotel distributes income, each holder is entitled to a share in proportion to their participations, paid in money. Your advisors define in the legal structure which income is distributed and how.

It depends on the structure your legal advisors choose. In Spain, if what is issued are securities represented on a DLT, the register is kept by a registered ERIR, which your company hires. If the structure is different, you may not need one. We adapt the build to what your advisors decide, and we do not give legal advice.
